Sad & bad experience. Offered to meet Seller but she refused. She also went ahead to purchase a much higher postage than what we BOTH agreed to. Item arrived damaged, & I sought refund. She again refused, shifting liability & now saying, she didn't want to (sell)/deliver item?! I can't recover full cost from delivery service as she declared a much lower random value. Is this fair?
