Though seller has reserved the item for me for quite sometime, he/she was rude whilst communicating before collection. I informed I would collect item at his/her convenience. Being hostile or rude is bad ethics in business. Good day.
Let's be objective. You have postponed picking up the items many times. I have relented by allowing you to delay the pick up. Final straw is when You, without prior notice, inform that you are already on the way and expect me to be at the pick up point. I would like you to explain at which part of our conversation that I have been rude?? I can easily screen shot our conversation and let other people decide.
