Shipping took long because courier (Gogo Express) did not have a full functioning team in Cebu due to Typhoon Odette. Also, the rider mishandled the package due to miscommunication during pick up because of the intermittent cell signal. FULL REFUND WAS PROMPTLY GIVEN. Btw, this buyer also took a while to pay had to follow up a couple of times. I have parcels from Manila that took a month to be delivered, but not complaining since I know cities in the vismin area are still recovering.
