Seller did not send via registered post as promised. Did not reply for 5 days after he promised to again refund if item was not delivered. Had to call and chase him, in the end said parcel was returned back to his house claiming my letter box was full, or that I have e wrong address.Askd for a screenshot, declined my request. Said he will now deliver via smartpac.Until now, no news of tracking num

B4 the payment is made the communication is good but after the payment seller barely reply. Said will give update after item is mailed out but waited for days but no update so I ask him said mailed out already.no proof of mailing or any.almost two weeks have passed I still haven’t received the item. I messaged him again but doesn’t even bother to read my message. worst experience so far.

Ordered & paid in <10 min, asked the seller when he'll mail & he said "tonight" even tho I opted smartpac, & proceeded to not reply my msgs for 3 days. Items arrived & 1 top was stained - tried washing, 1 missing & they all smelt terrible. Told him abt the missing pc, said he'll mail "tonight" & ignored my msgs agn for 4 days as of now Pls refund/mail me the top & I'll ask carousell to edit this
