[System Feedback] This user has an ongoing unresolved transaction for an item received that has not been paid for

- Very slow and delayed replies/msgs - Super unorganised - Very indecisive - Pretty immature and kinda rude - Didn't make any sense 90% of the time - Made an offer, which I accepted, and then she wanted the item lower than her initial offer - Changed her offers at least a hundred times - Seemed a time waster from the beginning and obviously was - Recommend not doing business with her
