Bag is ok but flaws and issues with strap was NOT DISCLOSED! Sana naging HONEST SI ate! ANg pangit na ng straps parang bulok na sya! DI man lang sinabi basta makabenta lang! BE HONEST NEXT TIME!

The condition of the whole bag as well as the straps is shown in the multiple pics, the description also indicates that it's well used already. I posted this original coach bag for 1,500 which is a low price considering that it doesn't have extreme flaws, and when you offered 1,400 I accepted it and even shouldered the shipping fee cost and have disclosed that I am selling low given the bag is well used already. I've been polite in my chat with u, hope u consider these b4 leaving harsh comments
