Buyer tried to push for a much lower price which I did not agree to. I still allowed her to thoroughly check the item before confirming the deal, and she agreed to proceed after inspecting it. Soon after the deal, she demanded a refund despite having already checked and accepted the item, and became extremely rude when told no. Very unpleasant experience. Sellers beware.

Fact: Product (Breast pump) was listed as "Lightly Used" but discovered to be poorly maintained with milk stains within pump parts which were hard to spot at first glance. Carried out closer inspection at home and contacted seller to request for a return, not demand a refund. Photos were sent to seller as proof. Seller's response was defensive and mean. Noting her defensiveness, I did not insist to return the product but asked that she sells with better integrity in future.
