Seriously I didn't expect this from you. I am very disappointed. You contacted me a few months ago to reserve the item. I did. You can't pick up the item because you are overseas. I waited. You contacted me on Monday that you wanted to pick up only on Wednesday between 1:30 pm to 2:30 pm at your convenience. I am sorry I am not running a retail shop and I am not selling a $2,500 item such that I have to move my schedule around to suit you! Thumbs down to you.

Is this how u deal with ur customer 😠! I've made an effort from Bukit Batok all the way down Serangoon just to collect the item that we had deal n yet u got the check to say that the item was with another party whom I've did not even deal with or u also did not mention earlier that the item was not with u 😠. AS FYI I AM A VERY SERIOUS BUYER OK. AND U REALLY HAD MADE MY' SPECIAL KID' EXTREMELY VERY SAD N DISAPPOINTED AS HE REALLY WANT TO HAVE THAT ANTIQUE FISHING ROD SET FOR HIS BIRTHDAY. 👎

Agree to buy, made offer, set time and day then MIA.. if not interested, just say so, and not leave it hanging. Hate to write negative feedback but not replying after I msg back to confirm left me with no choice..
