Overall it was a supposed to be a fast and smooth deal as I did share all the photos with buyer but he did not mention he was looking for a perfect gradable copy after he made an offer. We met, he checked the card and mention a small white spot that result in the card being not gradable which I perfectly understand. Just that it is not nice that he wasted time and effort. To be clearer next time.
The white spot area was reflected by light which I did not notice. My bad on that, should have asked you to take the photo more clearly before meet up. Sorry to take up your time
