Sold a faulty and dangerous microwave. On the first day, it made noise, then sparked and caught fire — a serious safety risk. Seller blamed us with false excuses instead of taking responsibility (we only boiled water). She promised a $15 refund and then disappeared. Irresponsible and untrustworthy seller. Avoid n don’t buy from her.

boil water caused smoke? I asked you did cook something with oily food, during the heat up left the residue oily stain on the inner wall of the microwave without cleaning ?lazy Common sense I’ve asked technical experts, there no way boiling water with smoke only,smoke meaning the power will cause trip no power IN Sg plug very safely ,smoke meaning fire burning circuit board will cause trip won’ NOT-have power . AFTER used few day NEW storyline 👍 I choose not bother lousy buyer like you !

Not able to delete reviews so I can only edit it here. Seller sold me a device that will soon be unsupported. As someone new to the platform and has never had this device, I would not know it will become unsupported. She mentioned she is not aware of this when I asked about it. When I asked seller for refund, she ghosted me instead of offering at least some sort of compensation or solution to it.

Hello Matcha seller, Would like remind you , our transaction was ( buy / sold )2sets different brand delivery platform, allowing you receiving and printing orders/ was physical for printing order. Case closed, however your review was about the platform unable to support the software after months later , I’ve replied you I’ve no control about the software issue But you accuse me ghosted , didn’t replied for software unable to support ( hello 👋) I don’t own the software understand or not?
