Buyer made an actual offer for a high value item on June 2. Once offer accepted, buyer asked if he could buy the item on July 15. I asked for a 30% deposit which he declined. Messaged buyer and he declined to proceed with purchase as he has moved abroad. Buyer did not inform or contact me to discuss if he could back out. Serious time waster.
