the buyer constantly said “let’s do this date” and such, but never showed up and kept postponing the dates saying unforeseen circumstances multiple times and when I offered to do online at a certain time, never responded to my texts and ghosted.

Buyer never turned up for appointment and never informed me he is unable to come. I waited 30min. The meeting place is 16km from house at his convince. Sellers be warned of his bad ethics.
