Seller dealt fast with no fuss, and fast replies. However, making payment was a little worrying because after my item was sent out and carousell said the item was delivered, I had constantly contacted buyer to confirm the delivery but had no response. This caused a delay in my funds and was worried the item had been lost.

Hi, as I mentioned earlier in our chat, I was sailing and couldn’t reply freely because of slow internet, which caused the delay in my responses. You messaged me on 20/09 at 10:41am, and again that night at 9:38pm, asking if I had received the item. Due to my work, I wasn’t able to reply immediately. Instead of waiting or verifying with the courier, you assumed the package was lost. So ask yourself — whose responsibility is that?
