Not a sincere buyer. Made offer to seller and offer accepted but refuse to honor deal citing reasons like seller cannot match his preferred meeting time (expect seller to meet at 2pm on a working day or meet 12pm on a working day at jurong east mrt when seller"s office is in city area) and seller refuse to lower agreed price (Which was stated in item description as fixed price). Go and sign up for a preschool reading class if you dun understand English.
