Paid $250 for Kikki.k pens which were all faulty and didn’t work. Asked nicely for assistance in fixing them if not a possible refund and seller was rude and refused to find a solution... very disappointed I wasted $250 on faulty pens Seller insists she cannot be held responsible for faulty goods, though she never stated in the description that the pens were faulty *i had asked her upon meeting her if all the pens worked properly and she said yes and that if I had any issues then to contact her

- Had already nicely given her some solutions - had asked her on the spot if she'd like to inspect them personally infront of me before purchase - had asked for refund, no I dont do refunds (this has been stated on my profile) - honestly did not know that majority of the pens dont work - gave the pens to her for the price she asked for
