The seller was confused, and told me it would have to be a "pre-order" - he did not explain what that meant. Eventually, after much questioning, he said it would take 2-3 weeks, because it would have to be ordered from overseas. Imagine my surprise when it landed on my doorstep the very next day! It did not need to be pre-ordered at all - the seller put me off for no good reason.
