promised there is an invoice for item before I purchased but didn't receive it eventually. also item is sold as brand new but warranty actually started one month ago. besides that punctual and sincere seller

Thank you for the review. Invoice and warranty was not promised in the listing prior to your purchase.. It was just a mention that I’d include it if my company gave it to me as it was a dnd lucky draw gift. I tried my best to follow up and give u the invoice but my company said its a sponsored item thus no invoice. The item is brand new in package, comes with warranty and you registered the warranty by yourself.. I have all the message as proof for evidence.
