However, seller failed to inform that item has been altered and length has been cut to half - from midi to mini. for every seller: Buyers don't always have to ask to be told, coz it is common for sellers to complain and tell us to read, so we read & rely on the given info. Tell us ahead what we need to know beforehand.

I did not give seller any issue regarding this, but receipts posted, it looks even longer in the photo. Seller said that I could have asked for a refund instead, but if that's real she could have reached out and offered, instead she retaliated with a negative feedback. Oh well, easy to say than done.

hello! I was honestly shocked of the review because I did not expect it. You did not really message me about your concern after receiving the item so I was truly unaware. I also checked and the item I listed is like new, I don’t remember claiming it to be brand new. If you had a problem I would have been happy to resolve it and give a refund if only you communicated. Regarding the alteration, I am sorry I was not aware as the item was just passed down to me.
