Item stated brand new and hand washed once. However, the item looks like it had been worn before.
It's unfortunate that the item did not meet your expectations. However, I would not lie just to sell the dress as it's against my own principles and there were other buyers who were also interested in the dress. The dress was only washed but never worn before as it does not fit me. Just thought I needed to clarify this :)
