Buyer made an offer then never replied.

Wastes your time to withdraw cash and pretends he is a educated Infosec professional when he has no idea what he is talking about. Says he doesn't trust ibank transfer as he is worried about the transaction being hacked. Everything he said made zero sense. Guy seems to have no idea how 2fa security works. Even after I told him I won't touch his item until he checks his account to make sure the funds are in he still demurs and says "worried kena hacked". Uneducated pockmarked senile fool.
