Had to get Carousell to open the review for me cause this seller didn’t accept my request after I did a hair perm with her. She told me it was $128 but when I went there, even though I told her I didn’t want to cut my hair, she said that I had to cut it to get the cut to get curls out. Curls didn’t come out even though I spent $188. She did it twice and my hair got more dry but no curls. Beware!!
