Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. I was interested in purchasing more items for an upcoming event, but the seller’s way of communicating came across as rude and unprofessional. Because of this, I decided not to proceed. Customer service matters as much as product quality.

5/5 sa seller, no problem at all as in super kind and understanding. Will go extra mile for the buyers convenience. The only problem was the rider, (3/5) i know that i asked to have my item delivered earlier than it should be, pero keri mag adjust ng sched if di naman pwede sa ganong time. Rider was Demanding to have a tip, like namilit. (Read photo below)

We had to dispose our old set because it’s infested with mites and we were in a rush looking for a replacement. Ma’am Kelly is such a heaven sent! She’s very easy to deal with and made it the fastest transaction ever, and without a doubt shipped this Sofa set immediately. Even got it within an hour! Thank you so much and will definitely order again! Godbless! More sales to come.
