Buyer is truly impatient and ridiculous. He went MIA after I accepted his offer. I have no problem if a buyer changed his mind but have the courtesy to let the seller know. That's what I would label a bum for not being accountable. He blew issue out of context and even told me to 'kiss his ass'. Deal at your own risk with a foul mouthed fella making offers like a loose cannon and not honouring.
