Not sure if impulsive buyer as she made an offer at the end of june. Sort of dragged because “she only have cash”. Initiated to transfer herself, doesnt do so and remained interested throughout july. When i suggested meet up, she agreed on 20 aug. An hour later she backed out because her friend got the same item and she is giving it to her.

Dead buyer. Made offer on 14th June and we sent payment details. We enquire on 18th 19th 20th June if payment made. She replied asking if meetups when description listed no. Subsequently, ignored our msg.
