An unfortunate transaction. The figure arrived severely damaged with multiple breaks, an outcome not in anyone's interest or intention. While mishaps could happen, the seller's finger pointing communication made it worse, leading to Carousell's official intervention to resolve the dispute and process the refund. Buyers should thoroughly examine items and, when in doubt, err on the side of caution.
