There was some miscommunication or what I not too sure we fixed a time and I gave my contact to seller one day before but seller never give her contact and there wasn't any confirmation til 6 pm then suddenly at 6 seller messages that he is at location alr then I told I will be late seller becomes not happy .....who is wrong here I not too sure

When i asked about whether 6pm was ok (a few days before the scheduled meeting day) you said ok. Isnt that a confirmation? I am not sure what was the miscommunication about. I also just read feedback on buyer. Not too good a feedback. Beware of this buyer. Not sincere.
