agreed to deal and asked me to hold and reserve it for him. Only to backout on the day itself.

Im not even gonna waste time on this guy. Context he wanted me to reserve his item for him and he will deposit $55 which he did. I waited till that day and then he told me that it would be delayed till jan 31 to feb 3 which is 2 months away from what we planned. Then he told me he wanted to get it back or he’ll call the police. Do it then? Its not my fault you can’t keep a promise.
