Very unreliable buyer - made an offer and I accept, check and test item and reserve to close the deal after 3 week. Didn't informed me earlier and when time comes he said that is overseas and can't finish the deal. I could sell it to other buyer if knew that he is out of country. Very untrustworthy person!
