the camera isn’t working and i had to force them pa to refund my money

i’ve been collecting film cameras for years now so i know how to properly use a camera. i asked you multiple times if the camera is working and you said yes so i paid for the item right away. i even bought batteries and tested the camera and it wasn’t even working so i politely asked for a refund and ayaw niyo naman talaga pumayag. you wanted me to send the camera back without giving me my money??

Baka di lang nyo alam gamitin. And asking for refund during our working hours?!! FYI bawal po phone sa loob ng office namin. You did get your refund at once nung break namin. 1 STAR for you din gurl...
