Offered then ghosted (second item). Offered on items, keep seeing the messages but never replied. I know my items aren't rare or nice but at least let me know if you still keen. Don't get seller's hopes up if you don't intend to follow through man. Just because you probably own nice cars doesn't mean you should ghost people this way.

Made an offer, then proceeded to arrange for meetup. Then just before the meeting time, proceeded to delete all his messages without informing that he wasn’t going to come after all. Low quality human being.

You wasted my time. After accepting your offer and agreeing on a date/time and place to deal in person, you ghosted me. You did not even bother to let me know you were not coming to meet up to deal. I reminded you 30 mins ahead of the meet-up and waited more than 15 mins for you to show up, texting you several times.
