I received the 2 units I ordered but upon testing it, the units were not working. I escalated this to the seller but she wasn't interested in helping me. She kept advising me to do things that's already in the manual. I kept telling her that the issue persists despite following the instructions in the manual. I even asked where I can send a video to prove it. She was clearly uninterested to help.

Seller is nice and really accommodating. Im sure I'd be buying from her again. Item is really easy to assemble and super light yet it serves the purpose I have in mind for it... fits the corner area of one of my rooms, too!
