Irresponsible buyer. Made an offer for much lower but I thought he/she will deal immediately and hence accepted the offer. After that won’t bother to respond to any ping. You should hve the courtesy to Atleast get back saying “not keen any more and pass”. Utterly irresponsible and waste my time following up!
