I think its the responsible and duty for buyer to check or request more image or info from the seller before the deal is made.. seller did stated clearly defect on the item yet request exchange or refund after received it.. it’s really unfair to seller 😞

hhhmmm.. informed seller that it’s more of a burn than an iron scorch. took picture of a hole on the dress. explained to her if i can have an exchange and willing to meet her at her convenience. admitted that i missed out that there’s a defect on her ad but it was mentioned in unnoticeable. anyway, i think its a misunderstanding for both but i just hope that seller will also be cautious on doing a deal as well.

the item is very nice as well as the seller. i was able to use it to decorate our unit. the seller is considerate, responds fast, east to communicate with and highly recommended.
