Very pleasant to deal with! Highly recommended, was kind and explained in detail

Item was faulty , a day after I had loaded with fresh batteries. Tried other brands of fresh batteries but item remained non-functional. Refused to accept return. I believe is was breaking down with the lcd fading away but to be sold as mint and then not functioning after is a huge disappointment

When we met, we checked the camera to ensured all functions were working before payment. I informed him of a slightly faded lcd and gave a discount. A week later, he told me that the cam was initially working fine but suddenly stopped working and requested a refund. I refused, as I don't know if the camera was accidentally dropped or if there were other human factors causing it to malfunction. Now saying my camera had issues from the start, and has given me a bad review. Ridiculous
