Professional 🙌🏼 I saw a negative review here about the seller, but my experience proved otherwise. I actually offered on an item once and had to back out, but she was incredibly understanding about it. This is my second time buying from her. Thank you again for the great item and service! 👍🏼

u made an offer, i accepted it, and then suddenly u “found a better offer”. i honestly don’t care what ur shitty reason is. i replied almost immediately, yet somehow u conveniently found a “better offer” right after? 😂 very unprofessional. call me butthurt all u want if it helps u defend ur poor buyer behavior, but u’re the only buyer whom i’ve encountered yung palusot behavior like that ew 🤢🤮

To clarify for anyone reading: An offer of 4.5k was made at 12:31PM, which you did not accept initially, asking for 5k instead (at 12:51PM). Because it wasn't accepted, I looked for other options. You only decided to accept the 4.5k later (1:17PM), by which time I had already secured a better deal and immediately messaged you to apologize. There was no gaslighting or unprofessionalism here; just standard marketplace negotiation that didn't work out. Wishing you the best. :)

I received damaged items and asking for a refund but the seller slowed down from answering my messages after learning about my complain. Until now I’m still waiting for my refund.

Hi!I’m truly sorry that 2 out of 5 items arrived damaged. HOWEVER, I want to CLARIFY a few things for transparency: 1. ITEMS were shipped in good condition and packed secured with bubble wrap 2. BUYER reported the damage(courier’s end), i responded right away and asked for her GCASH details so i can refund 3. REFUND was delayed because our area got hit by typhoon and flooded 4. I informed the buyer abt the calamity situation 5. Delay was due to circumstances i cant control Sent her the refund.

Nicole was nice and easy to transact with — she held the item for me for almost a week while I tried to look for ways to get it. In the end, I couldn’t do a meet-up and she suggested a Lalamove pooling service instead, received within the day. Thank you again! 💖
