When the unopened and brand new purchased product was not working according to the buyer, buyer was aggressive, rude and insulted me and insisted on a refund when I tried to understand why the product was not working.

New and unopened product was indicated as discontinued since 2022 and buyer was aware and this is reflected in the price. He insisted that the product was faulty and demanded a full refund, which will be difficult for seller to re-sell once opened as product is a crypto hardware wallet. Conclusion- if things go south, be prepared for unpleasant behavior from buyer.
2 年前（已編輯）Seller did not try to understand why his product is not working and just made up excuses not to do a refund. His electronic product was stored for many years without opening - which almost guarantees electronic component failure; yet seller had no qualms or morals to prevent harm to buyer into accepting his faulty product that only belongs to thrashbin. Good luck with dealing with this guy, lost money (item and fuel) and time as a buyer and he still acts like he's the good guy. U be the judge!
