Don't make an offer only to pull out. What you don't understand is when you offer and somebody has accepted , it is binding. I had to turn down other offers. Don't deal with people like this who simply make offers and then waste your time and make you lose other opportunities. Check her profile. She did it to other sellers too

This guy made an offer and retracted the offer after making it and I accepted it. If you visit his page, quite clear he is a repeat offender. Doesn't seem to understand that there is a done deal when offer is accepted. Then starts to lecture people on God unprovoked. P/s : I didn't even bother leaving a review. Not sure what he is talking about
