Dead seller. I got scammed 😭

I've not receive my item. It has been 2 weeks. I did not ask seller for pic proof as she was friendly so I believed her. And I was deadly wrong. She said tat she'll inform me when it's mailed but NO she didn't. It was only about a week ltr I ask her if she mailed and she said yes. She claimed she mailed when I asked her means if I no ask her my item mailed anot nt jer business. Well im not the only one who gt scammed by her. Beware of her.

Item was agreed to be shipped via normal mail. I request for pic before it is mailed out. Seller didn't send pic. I didn't receive item after 2 weeks. Seller offer to partial refund (said lost mail) but i never received too.
