Wants to get a $100 off for a box.

Buyer seemed interested to purchase my item and I have already accepted his offer of lower price. It has been more than a month and yet to hear from him. It is perfectly normal if he has changed his mind, but it is not right when he doesn't have the courtesy to reply.

3 hours before our meeting he said he was "short of cash" because he had bought groceries. Gave him the benefit of doubt and arranged for a second meeting. Up until the afternoon of the day of the second meeting I did not hear from him. And all this while I had the item reserved for him, and him only. Twice bitten, thrice shy.
