She made an offer which I accepted. After several follow-ups, she only seen the messages and later made an excuse that her GCash was having a glitch. Unfortunately, this was a waste of time. I won’t be entertaining this transaction again.

I sincerely apologize for my previous review. I reacted too quickly after seeing the seen message and didn’t give it enough time. She reached out the next day and settled the payment. I deeply apologize for the misunderstanding.
