Obvious signs that the sleeves were opened and resealed. On the side of each pack, you can see a thick layer of glue and each pack had a lot of air. I opened each pack, and the pack arts inside did not match the cover art of the sleeve. The bottom parts of the packs inside were too short and glued again. Parts of the bottom portion of the pack were chipped off and can see the cards inside.
