Very upset. Items listed as Brand New. But received used bolster protectors. And one even had smell of pee. Please list as Used if they are, and kindly wash these items first.

I would not sell used items as brand new. Im an honest seller.The protector was kept in the original packaging for 1 year and I was not aware the white was a bit stain inside the folded item. My apologies.
Great to deal with and friendly seller, hope we can deal again in future.
