More than a mth item nt reciev & $$ hv nt been refunded til tdy.Unsatisfied with seller.1st :did nt sent pic as proof d item has mail out.2nd :i hv nt receiv d item even aft 2wks.3rd :said his hubby who took pic of d item,phone spoilt &say wanna sent d pic thru email but til tdy no email sent.4th :their kid sick &i hv 2 wait 4 their reply super long.5th :until tdy i feel like a begger asking bck 4 my $ to be refund.This is vry annoying & i felt cheated.Seller lied &Money NOT refunded yet til tdy
You were the one not at home to collect the mail and the mail was returned as it was bulky and there is no slot for singpost to post the slip for u to collect it at singpost. I won't inform u returned mail if i am out to cheat on your money. & i offered to mail to you VIA registered mail to prevent such things happened but you insist on ME to pay for the mail money when it is not my fault for the very bulky item that can't be slot into your box. & i have REFUNDED last week already as requested.
receive item after 3 week as her kids is sick understandable but wait long.. item came good..
Waited a month for the items but did not receive them at all! :( Not recommended!
I never receive my items which the seller promised to send in 2 separate envelope . I should have been suspicious when she said that it will take 5 to 7 working days . Very doubtful tat 2 envelopes can b lost in local mail at the same time . Constantly have to ask for pictorial evidence . Not genuine I feel . Bad experience .
I sent you mailing proofs and you replied me 3 days later now you come and accuse me please understand i reply it as soon as possible when i can as my kids is sick but you did not reply me fast..
Very enthusiastic and lovely person to communicate with. Prompt in replies and swift in decision making. Recommended 😊
