The description and photo in my listing accurately reflected the pouch is brand new. My hb informed you during the transaction selling pouch only. If you had concerns, you should have rejected the purchase. Now you claimed that I was dishonest and seeking a refund. Such an unreasonable buyer, don't put blame on others because of your negligence of not reading & listening carefully.
