Possibly one of my worst experiences I have had. For other buyers, please be mindful not to transfer money ahead of time once you confirm your order as the jacket might not be the same size as mentioned on the listing. I had paid for one, went to see the jacket, and it was a different dimensions. Sadly, seller was not accommodative in finding a compromise / solution and was pretty rude at the end

Sorry you had a bad experience. Mr Clearancestore asked many irrelevant questions over an off-the-rack jacket, then demanded a refund because it didn't fit him like bespoke. If you want exact measurements, go for MTM. Strict no-refund policy was made clear before purchase, and he still pushed for a refund/exchange despite being offered alterations with my tailor. And the exchange item is another on the racks blazer which may not fit perfectly. Unreasonable expectations—avoid.

The transaction did not actually go through because upon further clarification, the seller did not provide an accurate description of what she was offering. Seller used pictures that did not accurately show what she had (missing brush heads, no wall mount). Her product descriptions were also inaccurate, providing buyers with a false impression of what they are actually paying for.
