The buyer was unhappy with the actual color of the item, even though the product photo reflected it as-is. It seems she didn’t consider the risk of purchasing without meeting up to check first and was unaware of the no-refund policy. Her approach was quite accusatory and impolite—otherwise, I might have considered offering a refund.
The buyer said it’s blue but when the product came, it was green. However, the buyer still insisted it was blue and refused to reply afterwards. Didn’t even get to the part where I could ask for a refund cos the person didn’t reply after selling the wrong item.
