Made an offer and never replied even though they were online

New Zealand Post had messed up my order and ended up sending back to the one of the new Zealand shops and this person gave my account a bad review and then told people I have her a fake tracking number(which I can proove is real) and that I "neglected" her with small amountsif instructions on what to do. I gave her the exact instructions the shipping company had given me. Do not recommend this buyer. She also had said that she waited ages even though I stated how long it would take.
