I looked up Joe in carousell when my regular stringer went out of town. As i had to make a journey from sengkang to his place in pasir ris he was kind enough to turn around 2 rackets for me within a space of 1 hr . Turns out his stringing holds tension longer than my regular (run after 2 hits.. ). currently 6th hit n still good.. Excellent skill. BTW i m a habitual breaker (usually 3 weeks)
