Super friendly seller. Prompt response and very helpful with the many questions i had. Delivery was prompt as well. Confirmed the order in the morning and received in the evening. Seller accomodated to a slightly later delivery. Even provided me some screws to help with self installation as i did not have the right tools. Air con is working well. 10/10 recommend.

Saw the many 5-star reviews on Mr Kim’s page so I decided to take the risk & purchase 2x casement aircon units at once. Super worth it deal! Inclusive of 2x old casement removal & chemical wash. Since we bought 2 units, Mr Lim went out of his way to give us 2x remote & extended warranty. A/C is SO quiet and cold. Even my little Princess ran in to the room & slept immediately.
