Seller trying to make a quick one by selling rusty tools as new. Price was agreed at $30 but upon viewing as rusty, I negotiated to $25 but seller insisted that his tool is new and declined. There is no low balling invovle if his tools is in good condition.
DURING MEET UP, buyer TRIED TO PULL A FAST ONE by LOW-BALLING at $25 which I already declined in our chat earlier. Selling at $35, way below $76 market price but I still discounted for him at $30. He tried to fault the TINY SPEC OF RUST at the tool tip which is normal since the tip is non-zinc plated and of high-carbon steel material, not stainless steel. I have a combined 126 positive reviews in my accounts until this buyer gave me the lone negative, to which I had to defend my integrity.
